Tracking your SlimSoda order

Customs and duties on international SlimSoda orders
International orders may attract import duty, VAT or customs handling fees charged by the destination country. These are set by that country, are not included in the price paid at checkout, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
SlimSoda delivery problems: wrong address, failed delivery, missing parcel

- Marked delivered but missing: check with neighbours and the building's parcel room, then wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes scan early. If it has not appeared, contact us with the order and tracking number.
- Damaged in transit: photograph the outer box and the contents before discarding anything, and send the photos with your order number.
